GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CAMP TRIGLAV
1. BASIC INFORMATION
The general terms and conditions of the website and reservation system of the company MARIJA KRAVANJA S.P. are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Tax Certification of Invoices Act (ZdavPR), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The website https://kamp-triglav.si and the online reservation system [URL] are managed by the company MARIJA KRAVANJA S.P., which is also the accommodation provider at Camp Triglav (hereinafter referred to as the Camp).

The general terms and conditions define the operation of the website and the online reservation system (hereinafter collectively referred to as the Camp’s Website) of the company MARIJA KRAVANJA S.P., the rights and obligations of the user, and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions in effect at the time of the reservation. The user is explicitly notified of the general terms and conditions when placing an order and confirms their awareness of them by submitting the order.
By using the website, the user confirms that they understand, accept, and agree with all provisions of these general terms and conditions and the privacy and data protection policy published on the website.
These general terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, may be changed or supplemented at any time without notice. By using the website after any changes, the user confirms their agreement with the modifications.
Website Use
The company MARIJA KRAVANJA S.P. undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
- Company identity (name and registered office, company registration, and tax number);
- Contact details that allow the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (email, phone);
- Essential characteristics of the accommodation types;
- Availability of additional services;
- Conditions for obtaining additional services or products (method, location, and deadline for collection).
2. CAMP AND RECEPTION WORKING HOURS
Camp Triglav and its accommodation facilities are open all year round, with variations depending on the type of accommodation:
Reception working hours are divided into high and low seasons:
- During the high season, which lasts through the 6th, 7th, and 8th months (June, July, and August), the Camp reception is open from 8 AM to 9 PM.
- During the low season, which lasts through the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 9th, 10th, and 11th months (March, April, May, October, and November), the Camp reception is open from 8 AM to 8 PM and then again from 3 PM to 8 PM.
The Camp reserves the right to change reception opening hours. If the reception hours change, this will be announced on the website and/or at the reception.
3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Entry to Camp Triglav (hereinafter referred to as the Camp) before 5 PM is only allowed with a prior reservation. Reservations must be made on the website kamp-triglav.si. If you do not have a confirmed reservation, you may secure a spot in the camp after 5 PM only if there are available spaces on that day.
Reservations made through the website are free of charge. The accommodation price does not include the tourist tax, which amounts to 2 EUR for adults and 1 EUR for children aged 7 – 14 per day of stay in the Camp’s accommodation facilities.

The Camp reserves the right to determine a minimum number of nights for a stay at its discretion. This information is regularly updated on the website where reservations can be made. If a minimum number of nights is required, reservations can only be made if the number of nights exceeds the specified minimum.
Accommodation reservations and cancellations in the Camp are free of charge.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you should do so as soon as possible, no later than check-in at the Camp. Reservation cancellations must be made within the online reservation system, either by reviewing your reservation or by clicking the “Cancel” button in the confirmation email received upon initial booking and confirmation from the Camp. Cancellations of reservations in the Camp are free of charge. However, if you have already checked into the Camp and decide to leave earlier, you will be charged 50% of the value of the remaining reserved nights.
For cancellations of reservations in other accommodation units within the Camp (apartments, glamping lodges), the advance payment made at the time of booking (equivalent to one night’s stay) is non-refundable.
Other reservation modifications (number of guests, pets, vehicles, reservation period) can be made within the online reservation system by clicking the link provided in the confirmation email you received upon your initial booking.
4. PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation and any additional costs described below is made at checkout. The Camp accepts payment in cash or by credit card.
5. CHECK-IN
There are two ways to check in: express check-in and standard check-in.
a. EXPRESS CHECK-IN
Once your reservation is confirmed by the Camp, you have the option of express check-in. The purpose of express check-in is to reduce waiting times at reception. Once you submit your express check-in, your details are recorded in our system, and upon arrival, you simply report to the reception for final confirmation.
b. STANDARD CHECK-IN
For standard check-in, you must present valid identification documents (ID card or passport) for all persons, including children. Pets must also be registered.
If you wish to extend your stay at the Camp, you must inform the reception in a timely manner.
Guests who have completed express check-in must still report to the reception.
6. CHECK-OUT
On the day of departure, you must check out and settle all outstanding payments. The check-out time depends on the type of accommodation:
- For the campsite, check-out must be completed by 11 AM.
- For other accommodations, check-out must be completed by 10 AM.
7. PETS
The Camp allows pets, but specific accommodation rules apply. In all cases, pets must be registered. If pet registration is not possible through the reservation system, you must inform the reception about your pet upon check-in.
a. DOGS
All dogs in the Camp must be kept on a leash. There is a designated dog area for relieving needs. Dog owners must clean up after their pets using the provided bags and dispose of waste in the designated waste bins.
Only one dog is allowed per reservation. The total number of dogs allowed in the Camp on a given day is limited. If the total number of dogs exceeds the limit, your reservation may be declined.
8. ACCOMMODATIONS
The Camp offers various types of accommodations, including:
- Camping spots;
- Apartments;
- Glamping bungalows;
If you wish to stay in an apartment or bungalow, a prior reservation of the specific apartment or bungalow is mandatory. If you wish to stay in a camping spot, a prior reservation is also required; however, you can choose your spot upon arrival at the Camp.
All accommodation restrictions (such as the maximum number of guests per unit, smoking prohibitions in enclosed spaces, pet restrictions, etc.) and specifications of individual apartments and bungalows are published on the Camp’s website.
Open fires are not allowed in the Camp area (outside designated fire pits).
The Camp reserves the right to determine different minimum lengths of stay, depending on the season and type of accommodation.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our accommodations or indoor public spaces. Due to the high fire risk in the Camp area, extreme caution is required when extinguishing cigarettes or cigars in outdoor areas.
9. WI-FI CONNECTION
Wi-Fi is available throughout the Camp free of charge.
10. CHILDREN’S PLAYGROUNDS AND ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES
Any activities undertaken by guests within the Camp or its vicinity are carried out at their own risk.
11. DEPARTURE FROM THE CAMP
On the day of departure, you must check out and settle all outstanding payments by 11 AM.
Check-out from other accommodations must be completed by 10 AM.
Upon departure, the pitch must be returned to its original condition. Digging additional trenches, washing cars, and/or trailers on the pitch is not allowed.
All waste must be disposed of in designated waste bins upon departure.
12. WASTE
Waste separation is mandatory in the Camp, and waste must be disposed of in designated containers.
13. QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours must be observed in the Camp from 10 PM to 6 AM.
14. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
The Camp is not responsible for theft, accidents, or any damages to persons or property. The Camp is also not liable for damages caused by storms, fires, or other force majeure events.
Guests are responsible for any damages they cause during their stay and for any missing items upon departure.
15. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data protection is governed by the Privacy and Cookie Policy, published on the Camp’s website.
16. COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL REGULATIONS
Guests are responsible for familiarizing themselves with and complying with the laws and regulations of the destination.
