The privacy policy relates to the protection of personal data processed by MARIJA KRAVANJA S.P., Trenta 18A, 5232 Soča, Slovenia, EU, which manages Camping Triglav (hereinafter “Camping”). The policy covers issues related to the protection of personal data and cookies in one place.

What data do we collect from you?

• First name, last name, address, email address, date of birth, gender, nationality, type and number of identification document,
• Payment information or your credit card details if you pay by credit card and provide it to us;
• Information about your reservation and the persons registered at the campsite (due to tourist tax).

• You make a reservation through the online booking system or send all necessary data for the reservation via email;
• You browse our website, and a cookie is assigned to your browser.

For what purpose do we use your data?

We collect your data to process your accommodation reservation. If you do not provide this data or do not agree to its processing, we cannot process your reservation.

Personal data may also be processed for marketing activities, provided that the individual has given explicit consent, which can be revoked at any time.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or you explicitly authorize us to do so. Due to legal obligations, certain information about your stay is shared with AJPES, and upon a justified written request, it may also be provided to other government authorities.

Your data may occasionally be processed by our external service providers on our behalf and according to our instructions. These service providers are obligated to ensure the same or a higher level of security for your data and are not allowed to use your data for their own purposes.

How long do we store your data?

The retention period of data depends on the legal basis and purpose of processing:

Most of your data related to accommodation reservations will be stored for five years after the contract ends.

Data that must be retained under the Residence Registration Act will be stored for one year after the last check-out date.

Data on invoices will be stored for ten years after the end of the year to which the invoice relates, in accordance with tax regulations.

In the case of personal consent (e.g., subscribing to a newsletter), we store the data until revoked.

In exceptional cases, your personal data may also be processed for a longer period if required by applicable regulations in the Republic of Slovenia.

Marketing

In the case of active advertising campaigns, you have the option to consent to the use of your data for marketing purposes (sending newsletters, updates, special offers, etc.) on our website. You can unsubscribe at any time via the communication channel where you received the message. Your personal data will be stored until the consent is revoked.
